Our Facilities are equipped an extensive range of brand new exercise machines and free weights including Cardio equipment, treadmills, cross trainer and recumbent bike; Ski erg, rowers, Strength equipment, Power racks, Land mine, 8 station pin loaded jungle gym with lat pull down, seated row and plenty of cable attachments, Pin loaded chest press, Pac/Delt Fly machine, Adductor/Abductor, Adcombination hack squat/ incline leg press and Smith machine; ample free weights, kettlebells,dumbbells, fixed barbells, Olympic bars and plates, as well as plenty of miscellaneous workout gear. More than enough for any exercise regime.
We offer group sessions weekly with energetic exercise programs, our qualified trainers also provide PT sessions and Private Group Fitness customised to everyone’s fitness goals.

Our Fitness STUDIO
We are located in Suite 4 47-67 Mulga Rd Oatley. Enter via the lifts in the 120 car parking lot or opposite Coles entrance, Press G in the lift and turn right when you exit.
Fully air conditioned with male and female bathrooms as well as disabled access facilities. With 177m2 of gym space you’ll have plenty of room to manoeuvre.
Member Access Hours: Mon-Sat 5:30am – 9:30pm; Sun & Public Holidays 7am-7pm

Keegan is an athlete himself with knowledge in strength and body composition training. With almost 3 years in the fitness industry he quickly realised it was his passion to train others through helping his friends & family.
Keegan excels in rehabilitation training, helping our clients with various medical conditions restore their health, strength, and functional movements. His expertise and dedication support our clients on their recovery journey.
Over the time Keegan has been in the weight room he started in an MMA strength and conditioning routine before finding a liking for powerlifting and used a combination of that and bodybuilding before rediscovering his first love again.
With a belief that fitness should be an essential part of life and not just a hobby he wants to help others see what he does and embrace it as such.

Mathew Baldwin

Mat has been working as a personal trainer since 2004 and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in many facets of training. He has experience working with everything from Rehabilitation to strength and conditioning, notably, Sydney Olympic juniors.
Mat is passionate about seeing his clientele grow and develop not only with their fitness goals but also lasting lifestyle changes. He understands that fitness is not just black and white when it comes to progress and works carefully with his clients to ensure progress even within a group environment.
Mat is a Father of 2 and understands the demands of fitness and parenting can be difficult and provides flexibility in his programming to ensure needs are met. He has also been actively involved within coaching junior sport as well.

Catherine DeMayo

Kate is passionate about encouraging people to get more active, including people who have been sedentary, live with disability or have chronic health conditions. She feels strongly that it is never too late to start exercising. Through her company, Extra Mile PT, she conducts personal training sessions, small group sessions (2-4 people) and group fitness classes of 20 plus participants. Her group fitness class “Steady, Stable and Able” has grown to seven classes a week at various locations.
