What are your Member Access hours?
  • Mon–Sat: 5:30 am – 9:30 pm
  • Sun & Public Holidays: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Where are you located?AND HOW TO GET IN TOUCH?

We’re located in the Oatley West Shopping Village, above Coles car park. All the info including pricing plans can be found on our website.

How do I access the studio?
  • Street Level: Enter via the fire door entrance and take the stairs.
  • Lift Access: Use the lift near Liquorland or from the B1/B2 parking levels.
Where can I park?


Street parking is available, or you can use Coles car park.

Trial Passes & memberships

Do you offer free trial passes?

Yes — we offer a Free one day gym access pass or one free personal training session for first-time visitors.  Click here to redeem the offer or Go to Home page for more info.

After you redeem the pass, we will contact you during business hours to arrange your trial visit. If you already have a preferred time, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What do I need to do before my first visit?


Please arrange your first visit  with us to confirm and you must complete our waiver form and agree to our Studio Safety Policy when you purchase a membership, service, or pass online or through the Glofox Member App.

What membership options do you offer?

What happens when I sign up online?


After you sign up for a membership or pass online, you will need to complete the Studio Waiver Form and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Once completed, you will receive an email with your Digital Key access instructions.
Please note: The access of the Digital Key will be locked until all forms are signed and completed.

Fitness Passport Members

Can I use my Fitness Passport at PT PEAK Fitness?

Yes! Visit our Fitness Passport page for full details and terms.
Fitness Passport members will be charged a one-off Digital Key access setup fee and will have access to gym equipment and facilities only. Personal Training sessions and Group Fitness are excluded from this access. FP members may purchase Personal Training or Group Fitness credits separately online, through the Member App, or at the counter.

What is the sign-up age?
  • 16+ years: Can sign up for a membership.
  • 14–15 years: Must sign up with an adult (18+) who holds a membership and must train together.
Can I sign up online?

Yes! You can sign up the membership if you are age 16 years old and above. 

  • Visit our website, click Join Now, and select your membership.
  • Or download the free Glofox Member App (recommended) to manage your membership and account.
How do I download the Glofox App?

Download the app, search for PT PEAK Fitness, select our studio: PT PEAK Fitness, and scroll down to register.
Alternatively, email us at info@ptpeakfitness.com.au to book a visit and sign up at reception.

Do I have to pay a joining fee?


Yes — $45 joining fee + $49 Digital Key setup fee.
Joining fee is waived for upfront memberships and Group Fitness memberships. Joining & Digital Key set up fee will issue again if membership is canceled and re join in future.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Memberships can be cancelled with 21 days’ written notice.
  • Cancellations must be submitted through the official Membership Cancellation Form (available via email or at reception).
  • Any fees due during the notice period must be paid in full before cancellation is finalised.
What happens if I cancel or let my membership expire?


Rejoining will require payment of the current joining fee and digital key setup fee. Current pricing plans will apply.

Digital Key Access

Do I need a Digital Key to access the studio?


Yes — Digital Key access is required for Gym Membership members.

  • Digital Key Setup: $49 one-off
  • Physical Key Fob: $49 + $40 refundable deposit (returned when fob is in good condition)
Can I share my Digital Key or let someone in with me?

No. Keys are strictly non-transferable. Sharing or tailgating is a serious breach and will result in a $150 penalty and may be reported to NSW Police as trespassing.

Personal Training & Group training session Timetable

Do you offer personal training & Group training session timetable?

Yes — we offer 30-minute and 60-minute PT sessions (single sessions, packs of 5, or packs of 10).
Couple PT sessions are also available. Please see “About Us” for our trainers Bio.

PT PEAK Fitness Group training session

Our group sessions are circuit-based. The trainer demonstrates all exercises at the start, then members rotate through each exercise. Trainer supervises throughout to support and correct form as needed. Maximum 8 people per Group session. Booking via Member App is essential. Please see pricing plans.

PT PEAK Fitness Group training session timetable
  • Monday: Upper Body — 5:30 am–6:15 am / 5:30 pm–6:15 pm
  • Tuesday: Lower Body — 5:30 am–6:15 am / 5:30 pm–6:15 pm
  • Thursday: Full Body — 5:30 pm–6:15 pm
  • Friday: Sculpt & Tone / Mobility & Low-Impact Strength — 10:00 am–10:45 am

  • Friday: Strength – 5pm
  • Saturday: Metaboic Conditioning — 7 am

Do I need a membership to book PERSONAL TRAINING or Gruop Training session?


No — you don’t need a membership. Personal Training and Group Fitness can be purchased separately on a pay-as-you-go credit pack.
However we also offer discounted bundle options that include both gym membership and group sessions.

STudio Etiquette & SAFETY

Do I have to bring a towel?

Yes — towels are strongly recommended on all equipment and mats.

Do I have to clean equipment after use?

Yes — we are proud of our studio’s high level of hygiene, with 99% of our members helping us keep the environment clean and tidy.
Please wipe down all equipment, benches, and attachments with the spray or wipes provided, and re-rack weights after use so the gym is ready for the next person.

PAYMENTS & BILLING

How do I update my payment method?

Log in to the Glofox Member App or login to our website→ Tap Account info on the menu (top-left) → Select Payments → Update payment details.
