**Cancel/Terminate your membership: A written notification via email with 21 days notice prior to the date that you wish to cancel/terminate. Notification shorter than 21 days will not be refunded.
** Non-refundable for purchasing Group Fitness Casual Class package & Personal Training or other paid exercise programs. Paid package or exercise programs is Transferable to new or existing member.

Peak Stretching Program
Our Pilates-based Stretch classes blend stretching movement, increasing your flexibility, blood circulation and range of motion. It also helps decrease pain and stiffness, and it lowers your risk of injury. Help to improve plevic floor with ladies.
Peak Sculpt & Tone (Full Body)
Sculpt & Tone is a full body mat based workout with a strong focus on core strength and stability. The class is low impact and utilises body weight movements, resistance bands and light dumbbells, but don’t be fooled, Sculpt & Tone will still pack a punch!
